How do I do this??
..read on..
……by offering a unique, cutting edge financial service that pays, not costs. Traditional accountants do auditing, taxes, and record financial data for companies in accordance with certain rules called Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Traditional accountants also do tax returns, tax planning, and estate planning for individuals. These services range from a few to hundreds of dollars per hour.
What if I could show financial services that were free?? To good to be true, no? How about a service that would pay you every time I came to visit? Well, this is very possible. Simply put, clients across Western New York have retained me to help them put cash in their pocket.
I do this in a variety of ways. I show investors how to generate market trouncing stable returns by picking stocks, mutual funds, and exchange traded funds using reliable fundamental analysis, and technical indicators that tell you when big institutions are purchasing a company’s stock. I can also help determine when to hold a stock or to sell a stock or fund. After having my hands on 10,000 or so tax returns over the course of my career, I can tell you what investment strategies work and which ones don’t.
If you have a company you would make money from different services. Big businesses keep their books so management can look at each function of the business and determine how much it costs or how profitable a revenue stream is. They want to know how much it costs to run the warehouse, factory, or retail operation, or how profitable the company is by product line or geographic location. Having this information available and analyzing it properly is one of the first steps to cutting expenses by up to 20% per year. Yes, and by the way, many people are surprised at how much the actual outcome differs from what thy originally thought. I can also help you install or improve a computer system or train you or your accounting personnel.
I have helped may companies get loans or grants to build their businesses. Many county Industrial Development Agencies are great sources or small business funding, including loan to grant programs if candidate companies achieve certain goals within a target period. I know how to get these funds.
Whether you are an individual or business, you also should know about how to shelter your assets from taxes and just as importantly, from creditors, with an asset protection strategy.
By now you probably want to know how much the darn thing costs. As I stated before, many experienced, professional accountants charge a hundred dollars per hour or more. I have worked with them in both public and corporate environments and know the calibre of accountants they are and the type of service you would receive. I have many happy clients that tell me I deliver the same calibre of service.
However, I do not have nearly the billions of dollars of overhead and marketing costs the large tax and financial service firms do. I am a sole practitioner working from a home office within a well established network of business professionals in Western and Central New York. My rate is based on the job and if I cannot help you I won’t waste your time. I want long term clients and the only way to do that is to help make you successful, and, as stated, the only way to do this is to provide a service that pays for itself. My out of pocket fees are very reasonable, and most likely my services will provide a cost savings or additional income stream far in excess of those fees. I have become accustomed to providing this after years of working with small business owners who demand it.
And yes, I do taxes too. I use a professional (not Taxcut or Turbotax) tax preparation program to prepare all tax returns. I will electronically file your business and personal tax returns free of charge. I prepare and file business or personal returns in all states. I file from my virtual office or can meet you at your business or home or office. As far as the price, an HR Block premier client would save 20-30% by coming to me.
